Deposit Requirements

For Individuals:

You may secure rooms by Credit Card, but the card will not be charged when booking. Payment is due on arrival, and you may use the card to hold the room until then. In the case of a "No Show," one night's lodging will be charged to your card.

For Tour Groups:

A deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required 60 days before arrival, with the balance due on arrival. Deposits may be made by company check.

Cancellation Policy

Due to season overload, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Cancellations due to emergencies will be accepted at no charge.

Cancellations for Individuals:

Totem Lodge will accept cancellations 72 hours before arrival. All deposits are forfeited if cancellations are requested less than 72 hours before arrival.

Cancellations for Tour Groups:

Tour groups must send room lists to release extra rooms as soon as possible. All deposits will be returned if a tour is canceled more than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations 30 days or less will forfeit the deposits because it is too late, at this point, to accommodate any tour which requested to be put on a "Wait List."
